Important Information Before Your Visit
Thank you for considering the Keio University Center for Preventive Medicine.
The Keio University Center for Preventive Medicine (in Azabudai) is a specialized facility for preventive health screenings. It operates distinctly from Keio University Hospital (in Shinanomachi), which focuses on medical treatment and clinical care.
While both institutions are part of the Keio University medical system and share medical records, the Center is a dedicated facility focused on screening, functioning independently from the clinical operations of Keio University Hospital.
At the Center for Preventive Medicine, we offer:
- Comprehensive preventive screening examinations
We do not provide:
- Medical treatment
- Prescriptions
- Emergency care
- Ongoing disease management
If your screening results indicate the need for further evaluation or treatment, we will recommend that you visit an appropriate medical institution, including Keio University Hospital if desired.
