You can select a date as long as there are available slots. We will contact you once we adjust a time slot. If you have any preferences, such as an earlier or later time, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Although we occasionally receive requests to finish by a certain time, we appreciate your understanding that it may be difficult to guarantee this due to the progress of your own or others' examinations. Please schedule your appointment on a day when you have ample time.

Both are possible, but please bear in mind that it may not be possible to book your request depending on your examination progress and the availability of slots.
Yes, additional tests can be scheduled if they are within 3 months of the date of your original visit.
Appointments will be accepted from one year prior to the month in which you wish to be examined. For example, if you wish to be examined on November 6, 2024, we will accept your appointment from November 1, 2023.

If you are unsure of which plan to choose, we recommend starting with The Basic Course. Then, based on any specific health concerns or areas of interest, you can select and add individual tests accordingly.
We do not accept requests for individual tests alone. Please make sure to apply along with the Basic Course.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling +81(0)3-5363-3045 (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
Appointment changes and cancellations will be subject to the following cancellation fees, depending on the date of notification.
Notification made up to 15 days before the appointment: Free of charge
Notification made between 14 to 8 days before the appointment: 20% of the total application fee
Notification made between 7 to 1 day before the appointment: 30% of the total application fee
Notification made on the day of the appointment: 100% of the total application fee

The Center does not perform transnasal endoscopies, considering factors such as accuracy and handling. To ensure a comfortable oral examination, we use sedative medication. While the effect of sedation varies from person to person, about half of the patients complete the examination while they are asleep.
During the examination, images cannot be viewed due to the effects of sedation and the angle of the instrument.
Polyp removal is a procedure covered by medical insurance and therefore cannot be performed as part of this self-funded medical checkup. If treatment is necessary, we will refer you to a specialized clinic.
As a rule, patients are asked to come to our Center at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the examination and take a laxative. After all the laxatives have been taken, it takes about the entire morning for the intestines to be cleared, although this may vary slightly from person to person. The colonoscopy itself will be performed after 1:00 p.m., starting with those whose intestines have been cleared.

The Center's physical examinations are more than just about performing tests. They include a thorough interview and healthcare advice by a certified nurse before the examination, same day test results carefully explained by our qualified physicians, followed up with a consultation by our preventive medicine coordinator.

Depending on the plan selection and how crowded it is, the estimated end time is between 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. for the Basic Course only, and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for those with additional tests and services.
We have locker rooms separated by gender. For those who prefer privacy, private locker rooms (11,000 yen/room for up to 2 persons) are available. However, the number of rooms is limited, so please apply in advance if you wish to use a private locker room.
Personalized health checkups are generally self-funded and not covered by health insurance.
Data cannot be transferred from other hospitals. However, based on the doctor's judgment, past results may be referred to.
Yes, a Basic Course that does not include an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is available.
It is possible. Since the medical record system is shared between the Center for Preventive Medicine and Keio University Hospital, the doctor can review the details and test data from your physical examination.
We do not offer any discount programs.
All information materials, including advance information materials, medical questionnaires, and information on the day of the examination, are provided in Japanese, so regardless of nationality, as long as you can understand Japanese, you can receive the examination. (However, we do not send information materials or result reports overseas.)

If you are coming by car, please use the Azabudai Hills parking lot or nearby parking facilities. However, please be aware that, depending on the tests conducted on the day, you may not be able to drive for safety reasons.
Please note that if you are late for your appointment, you may not be able to undergo the scheduled examination. We recommend arriving at the hospital at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
We provide all patients with a meal voucher for Hills House Dining 33, located on the 33rd floor of the same building (Mori JP Tower). If you require a vegetarian menu or need accommodations for allergies, please let us know in advance.
