NOTE

• We do not provide diagnosis or treatment for ongoing medical conditions.
• We do not accept appointments for second opinions.

CD-R Copy

• CD-Rs of ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray, endoscopy, and PET-CT images are available upon request for a fee (1,100 yen per CD-R). Please allow 2 days from the date of your visit for the CD-Rs to be ready.

※We will mail the results together with the report of results upon request.

Payment Methods

• Please pay in cash or by credit card on the day of your visit.
• If you wish to pay by invoice (*), an invoice will be mailed to you after the examination. Please make payment within 3 weeks of the examination. The result report will be sent as soon as we confirm your payment.

※First-time visitors and overseas residents are not eligible.

Referral to a medical institution

• In the event that an abnormality is found and the physician determines that the patient requires an additional imaging test, they can be performed at our Center. If a referral to a specialized outpatient clinic is deemed necessary, the patient will be directed to the appropriate department at Keio University Hospital or other medical institutions.

Follow-up after medical examination

• If you would like a more detailed explanation after the examination, a follow-up interview with the physician is available after reviewing the result report. (One time only, by appointment only)

Cancellation Policy

• A predetermined cancellation fee will be charged depending on the date you contact us. Please note that a cancellation fee will also be charged in the event of a schedule change.
