It is here where the Center will play a leading role in designing and promoting lifestyles of good health and wellbeing.
Outline of the Azabudai Hills Development Project
Toward the realization of a city
where people of all generations can live healthy and vibrant lives,
both physically and mentally
Azabudai Hills
Azabudai Hills, with its concept of a "Modern Urban Village" based on the two pillars of "Green & Wellness," offers a solution to environmental issues such as the symbiosis of the city and nature, the low carbonization of the city, and resource recycling. The goal is to create a town where people of all ages can live vibrantly in mind, body, and spirit, and where all living and working in the town will lead to "truly rich health". In partnership with Keio University, Mori Building will support the wellness of each and every person throughout the city, centering on the Center for Preventive Medicine, and collaborating with various facilities such as spas, fitness clubs, restaurants, and food markets in the city. Mori Building and Keio University have joined forces to realize the next generation of preventive medicine in Azabudai Hills, a town with diverse urban functions.
Establishment of Joint Research Laboratory
Keio University and Mori Building have established the "Hills Joint Research Laboratory for Future Preventive Medicine and Wellness", with the aim of creating a society in which all people can achieve wellness and well-being throughout their lives. The Laboratory will collaborate with the Center for Preventive Medicine to better understand health issues at various life stages, using data collected from residents, tenants, and visitors to Hills properties managed and operated by Mori Building. The lab will advance the potential of preventive medicine on an interdisciplinary basis and apply the research outcomes toward new initiatives in society. It will also serve as an educational and research base for industry-academia collaboration, recruiting research partners to support the program's goals.
